Here's how to get started using Marey in a matter of minutes, even if you've never touched generative AI video models before.
Sign Up & Choose a Plan
Sign up at app.moonvalley.com/signup
Choose a subscription plan which start at $14.99 and can be cancelled anytime (NOTE: we have no free plan due to the high cost of generating videos)
Enter your payment details (all payments are securely processed through Stripe)
Once you get access to Marey, you'll see some starter videos you can use for testing as well window displaying the controls that are available to you (i.e. Image to Video, Motion Transfer, Pose Transfer, etc.)
As you generate, you can keep track of how many credits you have in the top right and upgrade your plan anytime
Start with a basic image to video generation by uploading a single Keyframe, a static image that will serve as the starting point for you video
Choose an image to upload - it can be AI-generated or a photo you've taken or have the rights to
Only upload one Keyframe to start as you get familiar with the model, you can ignore the 'End' box and number underneath it.
Write a detailed, specific prompt for the image and how you'd like it turn into a video, being mindful to not try to transform it too drastically and to avoid writing too wordy of a prompt. (HINT: we automatically enrich the prompt on the backend and optimize it for Marey) Check out our Prompting with Marey section of the Help Center for a more detailed walkthrough on prompting.
Click 16:9 in the generation console if you'd like to change the aspect ratio
Hit 'Generate' and wait for your video to be created. You can track its progress in your dashboard, and once it generates you can select it to open it, watch it, and give it a rating (this helps us improve Marey!).
Download the video from the top right, reuse the prompt to make adjustments to the generation quickly, or use the generation for one of our more advanced controls by selecting 'New Video from Video'
