  1. Is Marey free to use?

No, Marey is credit-based subscription model with three self-serve tiers. Here's a breakdown of our Standard, Plus, and Pro plans.

Standard: $14.99 per month, 100 credits

Plus: $34.99 per month, 250 credits

Pro: $149.99 per month, 1000 credits

  2. How do I know what kind of plan is best for me?

It's best to consider the volume that you think you'll want to generate in Marey. Generally speaking, you should be able to generate the following with each subscription each month:

    Standard: 10 text-to-video or image-to-video generations
    Plus: 25 text-to-video or image-to-video generations
    Pro: 100 text-to-video or image-to-video generations

  3. My needs are significantly higher than what's offered on a typical subscription. Is there an enterprise plan?

Please contact [email protected] about your particular use case and volume needs. Our team will respond promptly to get you a custom proposal.

  4. Is customer support included in a Marey subscription?

Yes! Marey has a dedicated, 24/7 support team that's waiting to help you. Please reach out by clicking the black chat bubble in the bottom right for assistance.

You can also reach out on our Discord server (use the channels that start with #support): https://discord.gg/Ceap3b6d3d

  5. Do my credits roll over month-to-month?

No, credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Please ensure that you maximize your credits each month.

  6. Can I top of my credits if I run out before the next billing cycle?

Yes! We're planning on offering standalone top ups as soon as possible. For the time being, reach out to our support team via the chat or [email protected] and we can re-run your subscription to give you a top up. Stay tuned for more updates on one-time credit top ups.
